We will complete project design early next year. The right-of-way acquisition process will begin late summer. A right-of-way agent will notify property owners and work with them to obtain necessary right-of-way and/or easements. More information is available in the Acquiring Land for Highways and Other Public Projects brochure.
Construction is planned for summer 2022 through spring 2023, depending on the completion of design and the right-of-way process.
